I haven’t run into any payment issues here at all. Everything went through easily each time. I did ask support once just to double-check something, and they basically said, “as long as the details are right, it should process normally,” which has been true for me so far

My order got cancelled earlier in the week, and I figured the refund would show up quickly. After a couple of days, I still hadn’t seen anything, so I reached out to support. I ended up having to ask again the next day before getting a clearer update. The money did come back eventually, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. I just wish they had explained the timeline better from the start.

"Delivery depends on the night"
eat24 is fine when it works, but delivery in my area is really hit or miss. Some nights I’ll see a decent mix of restaurants, and other nights there’s basically nothing worth ordering. When that happens, it feels like I’m just another ticket number instead of an actual customer trying to get dinner. It’s not terrible, just frustrating and inconsistent.

Ordering food was a breeze. I found my usual spot right away, picked what I wanted, and the checkout was quick without making me click through a million extra steps.
I also liked that the delivery fee and estimated time were clear before I paid. The whole thing took maybe five minutes, and it was just simple, smooth, and totally hassle-free

"Menu was kind of all over the place"
I’ve used Eat24 a few times and it’s been fine overall, but the menu info was a little hit or miss. Like, I ordered from one spot and they had stuff listed that they apparently don’t even sell anymore, and then some of the prices were, well, not exactly what was shown. I still got my food and it tasted fine, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it’s just annoying when you’re picking things based on details that aren’t actually right. Not terrible, but not something I’d rave about either

"Convenient, but I watch the total"
I’ve used Eat24 a bunch of times when I didn’t feel like cooking, and it’s definitely convenient. From my experience, though, the final total can jump quickly once the fees and tip are added in. Some restaurants still feel like a decent deal, but others end up feeling overpriced for the amount of food you get. Delivery has usually been fine for me, just not perfect every time. I’ll still use it here and there, but if I’m trying to keep costs down, it’s not usually my first pick.

"One item was missing from my order..."
One item was missing from my order, so I contacted support expecting the usual polished “we value your business” script and a bunch of hassle. Surprisingly, they just checked it, sorted the refund quickly, and didn’t turn it into a whole thing. I’m still not big on corporate-sounding customer service lines, but in this case they handled it well...

"Pretty easy app to use"
I use the Eat24 app whenever I don’t feel like calling around for food. It’s simple to look through places and checking out is usually quick enough. Sometimes the filters get a little weird, or a page takes forever to load... but most of the time it does what I need. Not perfect, but it’s good for quick food orders.

I ordered dinner through eat24 the food showed up fresh, hot, and way better than I expected for delivery. Portions were solid too, and nothing was soggy or off. I don’t know what whoever runs this is doing differently, but they got it right this time. I’d definitely order again.

"The prices are usually reasonable..."
The prices are usually reasonable and the delivery fees don’t make me want to scream most of the time. But every now and then, some restaurants sneak in these extra charges and suddenly the total jumps like it’s trying to ruin my whole day. Still, compared to other food apps I’ve used, it’s actually decent overall.

"Super easy to update my account"
I had to change a couple things on my Eat24 account, and it was really easy. I updated my phone number and added a new card in just a few minutes without clicking through a bunch of random menus. Even the login went smoothly, which I appreciated because some food sites glitch over the smallest stuff. Nothing flashy, just simple and clear, and that was exactly what I needed

I was disappointed when my fries were missing from the order, especially since I was looking forward to them. To be fair, they handled it quickly and refunded me fast, but it still kind of ruined the meal a bit...

"Restaurants actually show up when they say"
I’ve used eat24 quite a few times, and the thing I appreciate most is that the delivery estimates are usually accurate. If it says 35-45 minutes, it’s normally somewhere in that range. My brother and I have ordered dinner through it a bunch, and we’ve never had anything weird happen like a restaurant canceling way later.
The food comes from the place I picked, the order is usually right, and the updates are easy to follow. It’s not some fancy experience, but it does what I need it to do, which is really all I care about when I’m hungry.

"It works, but wow is it clunky"
It does the job, so I can’t be too mad, but using it feels way more awkward than it should. It’s easy enough to figure out, yet somehow still clunky enough to make me sigh dramatically every time.

I had to file a claim with paypal and wait the ten+ days to get my money back because your staff did not respond to paypal's request for information. does your ceo have any integrity or character? or is he/she so disconnected from the business that he/she is just completely unaware that no one is driving the boat? you are hurting people unnecessarily.
